JE Kendar and Kenjom Bagra Arrested: SIC,Arunachal Pradesh
Itanagar : The Special Investigation Cell (SIC) of the state police has arrested six more people in the last 24 hours in connection with the APPSC paper leak case.
Those arrested reportedly include two serving junior engineers, identified as Kender Bagra and Kenjom Bagra. They both got selected in the Junior Engineer exam conducted by APPSC in 2021.
On November 14, SIC arrested Block Education Officer Posi Gamlin from Naharlagun.
Eagle Sora, a junior engineer working in RWD, who also cleared JE exam in 2021 conducted by APPSC, was also arrested in the same case.
The probe agency said it suspected that Posi Gamlin was a pimp, acting as a middleman between Taket Jerang and the candidates, “particularly those hailing from West Siang district.”
The identities of the rest of the arrested have not been revealed. Detailed report is awaited.
